Provident Living Center was organized in January of 1993. Most of our business is conducted through mail, phone, and Internet orders. We also have a small showroom where we stock our most popular products. Feel free to visit during our office hours. We are located in Orem, Utah, about 40 miles south of Salt Lake City. We ship products to many locations around the world.
