For best nutritional value, use within 60 days of opening the can.
Oatmeal recipe: Bring 2/3 cup water and 1/4 teaspoon salt to a boil. Stir in 2/3 cup quick oats. Cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let stand 1 minute.
