Make delicious muffins in a jiffy - just add water and bake! For variety, add berries or chopped fruits, spices, or whatever you like.
Recipe: Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease bottoms of muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Stir together 3 cups muffin mix and 1½ cups cold water. If a more cakelike texture is desired, add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Beat 2 minutes by hand or 1 minute with an electric mixer. Do not overbeat. If desired, fold in blueberries or other add-ins. Fill muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake 14-16 minutes or until tops are golden brown and firm to the touch.
