Excellent for making pancakes, breads, rolls, and other baked goods that call for buttermilk.
DIRECTIONS: To substitute for 1 cup of buttermilk in a recipe, add 1 cup water with the liquid ingredients and 3 1/2 Tablespoons buttermilk powder with the dry ingredients. Or mix in blender and leave in refrigerator overnight to reconstitute.
Note: Not recommended for drinking.
