Make your own mixes! This powder works well when added to rolls, breads, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods.
Ingredients: Partially hydrogenated soybean oil, whey, nonfat-milk, mono & diglycerides, sodium caseinate, salt, color, natural flavor.
DIRECTIONS: To substitute for ½ margarine in a recipe, add ½ cup margarine powder with the dry ingredients and ⅓ cup water with the wet ingredients.
NOTE: Because margarine powder contains less fat than margarine, it may be necessary to add a small amount of vegetable oil to get the desired result.
For best results, store margarine powder in the refrigerator after opening.
