Contains red wheat, soft white wheat, barley, oats, corn, millet, flax, hulled barley, and rye. Tastes great in breads, and makes a delicious cooked cereal, too!
Cooked cereal recipe: Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 1/2 cup 9 Grain Cracked Cereal. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until tender.
