A delicious blend of rolled grains, great for making granola or cooked breakfast cereal. Contains rolled red wheat, rye, oats, barley, sunflower seeds, and white wheat.
Cooked cereal recipe: Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Stir in 1 cup 6 Grain Rolled Cereal. Simmer 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 cups.
