Flaxseed is highly nutritious and its oil is renowned for its replenishing effect on skin and hair. Flax seeds may be eaten raw, or ground for baking.
IMPORTANT: Only grind flax in a grinder that is made for oily grains. Ordinary wheat grinders may seize up and be damaged if you try to grind flax in them.
