Make scrambled eggs, omelets, French toast, and other breakfast dishes without breaking any eggs! Egg mix powder can also be substituted for fresh eggs in many recipes.
Directions: To make the equivalent of one fresh egg, gradually beat 2 Tablespoons egg mix powder into 2½ Tablespoons water with a wire whisk or fork until smooth. For scrambled eggs, cook over low heat in an oiled skillet, stirring constantly. For baked goods, mix 2 Tablespoons egg mix powder with the dry ingredients for each egg equivalent. Add 2½ Tablespoons extra water with the liquid ingredients.
