Dough enhancer softens bread dough and makes it more elastic for a finer texture and better flavor. It also increases their shelf life. Dough enhancer can also be used to improve the texture and flavor of cakes, muffins, scones, and other products.
For longer shelf life, we recommend that dough enhancer be stored in the refrigerator or freezer after opening.
Ingredients: Sweet dairy whey, soy lecithin, cornstarch, ascorbic acid, salt, silicon dioxide, spices, fructose, partially hydrogenated soybean/cottonseed oil.
Add dough enhancer with the dry ingredients of your recipe. Recommended quantities<:/p>
- Bread, rolls, and pizza dough: 1 Tablespoon for each 4 cups of flour, or 2 teaspoons per loaf.
- Cakes, muffins, and cookies: 1 teaspoon for each cup of flour.
