Written in preparation for Y2K, this massive book was intended to be an exhaustive list of preparedness resources and references. It includes hundreds of pages of emergency preparedness advice, diagrams, checklists, self-assessment tests, and publication references. It also includes a 208-page preparedness "yellow pages" section with listings and advertisements for many hundreds of sources. Although the ads and some of the sources may be outdated, this book is still a treasure trove of information for those seriously interested in preparedness.
